Weekly therapeutic peer support circles facilitated by a professional counsellor/coach.
Sometimes what we need isn’t advice - we need a safe space to pause, be heard, and connect with people who genuinely understand.
Each YES Support Group is intentionally limited to 10 participants, so the space feels more personal, safe, and meaningful.
Every session is facilitated by a counsellor/coach, so the conversation stays guided, respectful, and supportive. Because sessions are topic-based, you’ll be with people navigating similar experiences - helping you feel less alone and more understood.
Through shared conversations, participants can gain perspective, feel heard, and leave with greater clarity, hope, and support.
Why join a support group?
People join YES Support Groups because they want more than just a place to talk.
They want a safe space, not just another online chat.
They value professional guidance, without the cost or intensity of individual therapy.
They appreciate small groups, where every participant has space to be heard.
They want to connect with people facing similar challenges, not strangers discussing unrelated topics.
They leave each session with greater clarity, perspective, and hope.
How a YES Peer Support Group Works
Every YES Support Group follows a simple, guided structure designed to help participants feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
There is no pressure to share - you’re welcome to participate at your own pace.
1. Settle In & Feel Safe
We begin with a short welcome, group guidelines, and a grounding activity so everyone feels comfortable.
2. Guided Peer Sharing
A counsellor/coach facilitates a topic-based discussion where you can share, listen, and connect with people navigating similar experiences.
3. Reflect & Take Away
We close with a short reflection and practical takeaways to help you leave with more clarity, perspective, and support.
